How does it work?
We provide you with a log in, so that you can input your current offerings onto the portal, upto a maximum of 50 properties or full projects. Properties are shown live on the portal as and when you input them. You can do this all at once, or a few a day.
Your property listings will then create interest from potential investors, and only serious investors will then enquire. Your enquiry is then sent onto you, and you will not be competing with any other property broker. Your enquiry will not be passed onto anyone else. It was your property listing that created the interest from the potential investor, so you retain exclusivity on that enquiry.
How much does it cost?
www.dubaipropertyfinder.com currently receives thousands of enquiries per month, never mind visitors. To be blunt, enquires are what makes us money.
There is a small one off set up fee of £99. This give you access to the online panel, so that you can input upto 50 properties or projects. These don't all have to be input at once.
Each enquiry will only cost you £15. At the end of each week a payment is made for enquiries that have been sent to you.
There is no minimum contract, however we do ask for 30 days notice prior to cancellation.
